How would Citizens from another State find out what the sentencing guideline allow? That they needed an attitude adjustment doesn't seem like a reason to assault individuals using a car Just Wondering Doesn't seem fundamentally fair

@cxcope @yashar "Investigated" might be a strong word, if you mean by law enforcement. Journalists should look at the judge's record. And the prosecutor who actually gave the guy the deal for the judge to approve.
